Position: Full-Time Communications Specialist

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and communication across their operations in Canada and the U.S. Your responsibilities include supporting campaigns, crafting articles, and managing social media content. Key Responsibilities:

• Research and author internal articles highlighting key projects

• Shape and manage communications programs from concept to delivery

• Maintain the Our House platform with updated stories

• Curate Linked In content and reports for our brands

• Track and summarize media coverage for leadership
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar communications role

• Excellent writing and adaptability skills

• Familiar with Microsoft O365 and Share Point

• Comfortable using AI tools for content drafting
