Senior User Experience Designer

Position: Senior User Experience Designer Role
Take the lead in shaping user experience as a Senior User Experience Designer. At our company, you'll craft intuitive user flows and innovative prototypes in a fully flexible work environment.

We seek a design leader with over five years in UX/Product Design to refine end-to-end experiences. Your expertise will help translate business objectives into user journeys and interaction models while collaborating closely with teams across the organization. You'll need to be proficient in Figma and experienced in creating both public and authenticated experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user flows for onboarding, funding, and withdrawals

• Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma

• Collaborate with research teams on usability testing

• Maintain consistent design systems and components

• Lead design reviews with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years in UX/Product Design

• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping

• Experience with user research and testing

• Strong communication of design decisions

• Ability to guide and direct contract designers
