Senior Visual Designer

Position: Senior Visual Designer (Contract)
Senior Visual Designer – Contractor (Toronto, Hybrid)  We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer contractor to join our Toronto team at Spin Master. In this role, you will champion the visual identities of Spin Master’s kids’ entertainment and toy brands, as well as our corporate brand identity.
Responsibilities   Act as a champion for the visual identities across Spin Master’s brands.
Develop campaign logos and style guides to establish visual tone for new global product launches.
Create comprehensive campaign style guides and high‑converting eCommerce assets, paid and organic social campaigns, and digital banners.
Lead high‑volume, platform‑specific production work, maintaining meticulous file organization in a fast‑paced environment.
Turn high‑level creative briefs into visual assets and present concepts confidently to cross‑functional brand teams.
Provide creative direction and collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive creative vision and high‑quality execution.
Support physical environmental design, including Point of Sale (POS) and Trade Fair visual experiences, when needed.
Qualifications   Proven track record in graphic, digital, or visual design within a fast‑paced creative environment.
Expert‑level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with Figma and Sketch Up is highly valued.
Exceptional production skills with a proven ability to create heavy, high‑volume assets with pixel‑perfect accuracy.
Proven experience designing traditional marketing materials, including print ads, catalog layouts, and style guides.
Strong technical foundation in typography, color theory, and spatial layout tailored for global consumer brands.
Prior experience in Retail/POS, Trade Fair, or environmental physical design is highly valued.
Compensation  The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $80,000 to $90,000 per annum. The final offer will depend on experience and qualifications.
