Role OverviewAs a Producer at Magic Circle Workshop, you will produce projects across social, OLV, radio, broadcast and special projects. You will report to the Senior Director of Production and work closely with creative and business departments, serving as the expert on all production matters.
Responsibilities- Supervise production projects from start to finish, ensuring planning, execution and finalization.
- Define objectives, schedule timelines and budgets, and manage all stages of production.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
- Optimize workflows and re‑assess production processes for efficiency and cost savings.
- Lead and collaborate with teams, fostering a cohesive environment and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay current on technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure deliverables meet MCW quality standards and maximize production impact.
- Background in creative agency production, with film & TV or social content experience.
- 4+ years of live‑action video production across social, digital and broadcast.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Knowledge of local union mandates such as ACTRA/UDA.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and project‑management software.
- Strong leadership, collaboration and respectful teamwork.
- Toronto‑based and ready to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience.
