Position: Digital Visual Designer (Global Security)

What is the Opportunity?

The Digital Visual Designer supports the creation and execution of high-quality visual communications across digital and print channels. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, this role contributes to the development of engaging creative assets, presentations, and branded content that supports business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering visually compelling solutions.

What will you do?
  • Design and develop high‑quality visual materials and digital assets (infographics, templates, branded collateral).
  • Design and maintain website graphics (monthly updates) for Global Security.
  • Ensure all internal visuals adhere to brand standards and maintain consistency across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Support monthly newsletter with graphics, templates, and animation improvements to increase engagement.
  • Prepare print‑ready files and merchandise materials.
  • Support the design, development, and enhancement of digital and print material to deliver engaging user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Manage timelines, follow direction, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Create professional presentations, reports, and branded templates that support business and community objectives.
  • Develop supporting materials such as job aids, infographics, checklists, and other visual communications.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in visual communication and cyber security awareness.
What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 1+ year of graphic design experience.
  • Diploma in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Creative Cloud).
  • Experience producing high‑quality graphics, templates, and animated content for monthly newsletters with the objective of optimizing user engagement and communication effectiveness.
  • Strong creative, visual storytelling, and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience creating digital, email, print, and presentation material.
  • Experience with file organization, version control, and print‑ready file preparation.
  • Knowledge of corporate branding standards and ability to maintain visual consistency.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Banking or financial services experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Canva.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Experience/knowledge of HTML.
