As a leading creative entertainment company, Guru Studio invites applications for a skilled 3D FX Artist. With a commitment to inspiring storytelling, you will implement FX such as fire, rain, and water interactions. Collaborating with the asset team, your innovative solutions will help maintain a high-quality standard while meeting tight schedules and keeping the FX Lead informed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement FX like fire and water
• Collaborate creatively with the asset team
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines
• Communicate any risks to the FX Lead promptly
• Adjust physics for stylized animation effects
Requirements:
• Over 4 years of experience in animation
• Strong knowledge of Houdini is required
• Expertise in Redshift rendering and Nuke compositing a plus
• Familiarity with USD, Solaris, and Redshift Shaders preferred
• A compelling creative portfolio/reel is essential
