About the Role

FASHION has been at the centre of Canada’s fashion and beauty conversation for decades. Across print, digital, social, video, newsletters, and events, the brand covers style, beauty, culture, travel, luxury, and the people shaping what’s next.

We’re looking for a Digital Content Producer who loves creating content and understands how audiences consume it today. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys writing stories, producing social content, creating video, experimenting with new formats, and finding creative ways to connect with audiences across platforms.

You’ll work closely with the editorial team to help bring FASHION’s coverage to life across digital, social, newsletters, and video. One day you might be writing a trend story for the website. The next, filming a Reel, covering an event, creating newsletter content, interviewing a creator, or testing a new social format.

The ideal candidate is curious, creative, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. They have strong editorial instincts, understand internet culture and social platforms, and are excited by the opportunity to help grow one of Canada’s most influential lifestyle brands.

What You’ll Do
Create Content Across Platforms
  • Write digital stories across fashion, beauty, culture, travel, shopping, and lifestyle
  • Pitch and develop story ideas for web, newsletters, social media, and video
  • Create platform‑specific content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and emerging channels
  • Produce and publish content using FASHION’s CMS and publishing tools
  • Support newsletter production and content creation
Social Media & Video Production
  • Create social‑first content including Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, carousels, and short‑form video
  • Film, edit, and publish video content across platforms
  • Appear on camera when needed for social content, brand franchises, event coverage, and video projects
  • Identify trend‑driven opportunities and turn them into timely content
  • Collaborate with editors and the video team on larger video initiatives
Audience Growth & Content Performance
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement
  • Apply SEO and social best practices to content creation and packaging
  • Help identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth
  • Use analytics and platform insights to inform future content
Editorial & Brand Support
  • Assist with event coverage, special projects, and tentpole moments
  • Support editorial production and publishing workflows
  • Help maintain FASHION’s editorial standards, voice, and visual identity across platforms
  • Contribute ideas that strengthen audience engagement and content innovation
  • Explore new storytelling formats and platform opportunities
  • Use AI tools to support content creation, research, production, and workflow efficiency
  • Stay current on social trends, creator culture, audience behaviour, and emerging platforms
What We’re Looking For
  • 1‑3 years of experience in digital media, social media, content creation, publishing, or a related field
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Tik Tok
  • Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing in short‑form video content
