Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit freelance crews nationwide
• Schedule crews for live and managed services engagements
• Manage crew logistics and last-minute changes
• Build relationships with freelancers and production professionals
• Track crew availability and booking history
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in production or coordination
• Knowledge of broadcast production roles and workflows
• Proven ability to manage schedules and priorities
