Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee CBC News You Tube and Tik Tok channels
• Develop off-platform video strategy and best practices
• Analyze audience data to inform content decisions
• Collaborate with teams to optimize video curation
• Monitor digital media trends for strategy adaptation
Requirements:
• Seven years of leadership in digital video
• Strong editorial judgment and understanding of journalism standards
• Experience with various video formats
• Proven skills in audience analytics interpretation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
