Senior Multimedia Learning Designer

Lead the creation of animated learning content with a focus on engaging multimedia experiences in Toronto. Contribute your expertise in instructional design, motion graphics, and video production.

In this full-time role, the Senior Multimedia Learning Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex concepts into clear visual stories. You will produce animated videos, microlearning modules, and educational content while ensuring alignment with learning objectives. This position emphasizes creativity, technical proficiency, and project management skills across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with subject matter experts to define learning objectives

• Develop video-based assets from concept to final delivery

• Produce 2–5 minute animated learning videos

• Create custom illustrations and animated assets for projects

• Convert videos into interactive learning experiences

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of multimedia or motion graphics design experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing educational animation work

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Experience with Articulate Storyline or similar tools

• Excellent visual design and storytelling skills
