Your role will center on sourcing and scheduling crew for impactful broadcasts.
In this role at BMG, you’ll coordinate nationwide crews for live productions and managed services. A background in production coordination or talent management, spanning at least two years, is essential. You will be the key link between crew and production teams, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships and streamlining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and manage a national roster of freelance crew
• Schedule crews for live events and services
• Serve as the main contact for crew logistics
• Collaborate with production leadership for project needs
• Track and maintain crew credentials and onboarding
Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience in crewing or production roles
• Deep knowledge of industry terminology and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule for varied production hours
