Your leadership will ensure the mentoring of junior creatives while innovatively presenting ideas to clients during workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design impactful HCP-focused campaigns across various media channels

• Oversee visual project development from concept to finish

• Present to clients and incorporate feedback into designs

• Maintain regulatory accuracy and brand consistency across projects

• Guide and mentor junior art professionals for growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years in an ad agency with healthcare focused work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Strong presentation skills to clients and key stakeholders

• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations

• Video art direction experience preferred
