Position: Ballet Jörgen Technical Coordinator Role
Join Ballet Jörgen as a Technical Coordinator responsible for the orchestrated technical delivery of vibrant ballet productions across Canada. Play a key role in logistics, staff management, and production oversight.

In this critical position, you'll coordinate with the Artistic Director, Production Manager, and Stage Manager to develop detailed plans for venue setups, crew scheduling, and equipment readiness. You'll also manage transportation logistics, including driving for the crew. Your expertise in stage management will directly affect the organization of successful performances, ensuring each ballet shines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical rehearsals and setups at venues

• Supervise prop and set movement throughout performances

• Create technical documents for efficient production execution

• Organize and maintain technical equipment and materials

• Support lighting and staging during rehearsals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in theatrical production coordination

• Valid Class-BZ driver’s license required

• Strong attention to detail and planning capabilities

• Ability to manage tight deadlines

• Experience with equipment maintenance and repairs
