In this hands-on role, you will leverage your 6-10+ years of experience in art direction and design to transform strategic briefs into bold creative concepts. Working closely with Copy, Strategy, and Account teams, your contributions will be central to delivering impactful campaigns while maintaining high artistic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set visual direction for various media formats
• Develop distinctive creative concepts from briefs
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior art team members
• Collaborate with production teams for timely deliverables
• Ensure brand alignment in all visual work
Requirements:
• 6-10+ years in professional art direction
• Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality design work
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite;
Figma preferred
• Strong understanding of design principles
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
