About Your Role
We're looking for an Experiential Production Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives at the intersection of creative ideation and operational execution — a producer who can sit in a pitch meeting sketching out a gala concept in the morning, brief a scenic fabricator in the afternoon, and walk a venue floor plan with a client by end of day.
You’ll own production across our slate of client work, translating big ideas into buildable, scalable, on-budget experiences. You’ll be the connective tissue between our team, our vendors, and our clients.
This is a one-year contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance and mutual fit. It is structured this way intentionally — to give the right experiential visionary a clear runway to deliver measurable impact, and to give both parties a defined point to evaluate the path forward.
Our Experiential Production Manager Will Be Charged With:- Lead end-to-end production on experiential projects including brand launches, galas, stunt marketing activations, pop-up shops, and large-scale events.
- Build out full client proposals — concept through cost — that are creatively ambitious and operationally sound.
- Translate ideation into compelling pitch decks with clear visual direction, production logic, timelines, and budgets that win business.
- Develop and manage event floor plans, traffic flow, sightlines, and guest journey across venues of all sizes.
- Oversee scenic art creation from concept and renderings through fabrication, install, and strike, working closely with scenic artists, carpenters, and finishers.
- Manage large format printing production — vinyl, fabric, rigid substrates, environmental graphics — including sourcing materials, prepping print-ready files, and quality control on output.
- Source, brief, negotiate with, and manage vendors across scenic, print, AV, lighting, rigging, fabrication, permits, labour, and rentals. Run production schedules, budgets, and risk registers; flag issues early and solve them faster.
- Be on-site for load-in, build, show days, and load-out — leading crews and keeping the trains running.
- 5+ years of experience producing experiential marketing work at an agency, production company, or in-house brand team.
- Demonstrated track record building full proposals end-to-end for events, brand launches, galas, stunt activations, and pop-ups — not just executing someone else’s plan.
- Deep working knowledge of scenic art creation: materials, finishes, fabrication methods, what’s realistic in a 3-week build versus a 3-month one.
- Hands‑on fluency with large format printing — substrates, finishes, install methods, and what a print vendor needs from you to deliver on time.
- Strong eye for floor planning and spatial design; comfortable in all applicable software and comfortable with learning more.
- Confident pitch deck builder who can shape narrative, visuals, and production rationale into a document that sells.
- A vendor rolodex in the events and experiential marketing industry (or the ability to build one fast) and the negotiation chops to get the right partners at the right price.
- Calm under pressure on site, sharp with budgets in the office, and clear in client communication throughout.
Please note that we are a full-time onsite agency – not a remote or hybrid operation. This job requires robust, non‑business hours – as we host events in evenings, weekends and some Holidays.
