Position: Full-Time YouTube Scriptwriter
Canto to Mando seeks a full-time You Tube Scriptwriter & Production Coordinator to drive long-form content creation in Toronto. Develop scripts, organize content, and streamline production pipelines effectively.

This junior role offers hands-on training and is ideal for candidates fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. You will manage the You Tube content pipeline in Notion, research cultural topics, and coordinate filming through meticulous organization. Expect to draft one complete script per workday and embrace constructive feedback to improve rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Script and outline engaging You Tube videos

• Research cultural topics related to language and identity

• Manage content pipeline and deadlines in Notion

• Organize filming days and prep agendas

• Set up and check filming equipment before shoots

Requirements:

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

• Strong writing skills and cultural understanding

• Organized and deadline-oriented

• Willingness to learn production skills

• Comfort with high-volume script drafting
