The Role
We’re looking for a social‑first Creative, who lives and breathes social media. As a Creative at Vidsy, you are the visionary behind the scroll. You’ll live at the intersection of creativity and production, turning brand goals into high‑performing social content. You’ll spend your days concepting, directing our global Creator community, and collaborating with our in‑house Motion Design team to bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

Concept & Direct:
Develop "social-first" concepts for brands like Pepsi, L’Oreal, Google, and Warner Bros.

The Bridge:
Act as the creative glue between our Strategists, Client Managers, and Motion Designers.

Direct Creators:
Brief and direct our external Creator Community to ensure they deliver authentic, high-quality UGC.

Trend‑Jack:
Keep your finger on the pulse of platform shifts (Tik Tok, Reels, Snap) to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve.

Pitch & Present:
Confidently share your creative vision with major enterprise clients.

Must‑Haves

18 months (or equivalent) of experience working within the creative industry or social content production.

Social Native:
You understand the nuances of Tik Tok, Meta, and Snap like a pro.

Portfolio: A showcase of work that proves you know how to tell engaging social-first stories in vertical video.

Creative Visionary:
You can dream up a concept for a beauty brand one hour and a gaming brand the next.

Communication:
Comfortable leading client calls and presenting your ideas with conviction.

Briefing

Skills:

Experience briefing UGC creators, editors, and motion designers.

Technical Literacy:
Knowledge of the Adobe Suite and the video production workflow.

AI Enthusiast:
Already experimenting with AI tools to speed up ideation or production.

Compensation & Perks

Competitive Base Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.

Who You’ll Report To
You’ll report to Remi, our Creative Director. Remi has guided Vidsy’s North American growth and mentors high-performing teams. He enjoys fostering creativity and brings a fun element to the workplace.
