Our studio is dedicated to providing exceptional dance education and fostering a love for dance among our students. As a Studio Ballet Instructor at our dance studio, you will be responsible for planning and executing dance classes. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring the success and growth of our studio. We measure success in this role by growing amazing kids through creativity, dance, and movement education.

• Prepare Class Lesson Plans/Execute Curriculum
• Create Choreography and Produce Dances for Our Winter & Spring Recitals
• Teach Kids Studio and/or Adult Community Classes
• Participate in Studio Events, Workshops, and Community Gatherings

To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals who align with our studio's values and possess the following qualifications.

• Passion for ballet and a genuine interest in nurturing students' love for the art form.
• Experience teaching ballet to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage kindly and warmly with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
• Has weeknight availability and interest in our weekday/weekend classes.
