Graphic & Visualization Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-impact visual communication assets that support strategic programs, executive engagement, and organizational initiatives.
• Create compelling visual identities, presentations, infographics, dashboards, and exhibition materials that effectively communicate complex information.
• Ensure consistent branding, user-centric design, and visual excellence across all project deliverables.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement through innovative visual storytelling and data visualization.

• Develop and maintain visual identity guidelines, branding assets, and design templates for strategic programs and initiatives.
• Design executive presentations, reports, proposal documents, and communication materials for senior leadership.
• Create high-quality infographics, process flows, journey maps, icons, illustrations, and visual storytelling assets.
• Design interactive dashboards, KPI visualizations, and graphical reports that present complex data in a clear and engaging format.
• Produce creative assets for awareness campaigns, workshops, conferences, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagement events.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, communication teams, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Ensure all visual materials comply with organizational branding standards, accessibility guidelines, and communication policies.
• Develop reusable templates and design libraries to improve consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Support digital transformation and change management initiatives through engaging visual communication and user experience design.
• Review and enhance existing presentation materials, documents, and graphics to improve clarity, impact, and professionalism.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, visualization techniques, and digital design tools to continuously improve design quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual communication, or information visualization within enterprise, consulting, or government environments.
• Proven experience creating executive presentations, infographics, dashboard visualizations, branding assets, and exhibition graphics.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in corporate branding, information design, data visualization, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience designing UI/UX wireframes, digital assets, motion graphics, or interactive visualizations is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, accessibility standards, and corporate brand guidelines.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality visual assets under tight deadlines.
