The Associate Producer plays a key role in the Sportsnet Hockey Production team. This full-time position requires a creative individual with strong TV broadcast knowledge and a passion for hockey. In this collaborative environment, you will support producers in delivering innovative content that captures audiences and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and contribute to editorial meetings effectively

• Collaborate with producers and commentators on story development

• Write and prepare varied content including reports and headlines

• Assist with lineup building when needed

• Search archives for relevant hockey content

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of broadcast writing experience

• Strong knowledge of technical equipment in production

• Exemplary knowledge of hockey

• Experience in television sports production (3 years)

• Available for variable shifts, including weekends
