The role sits within the Strategic Editorial Content (SEC) Group , TD Wealth’s in‑house news, media and thought leadership organization responsible for:
Money Talk brought to you by TD (Digital, broadcast, social)
Public WPO and WIO thought leadership sites
Branded thought leadership supporting TD Wealth Online magazine, live broadcasting and television show Creative agency for editorial properties
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Editorial Programming, Wealth Insights to lead, oversee and execute the launch of an all new Wealth Insights content portal. This includes content identification, curation, development and publishing for two new thought leadership initiatives:
Wealth Planning Office (WPO) and Wealth Investment Office (WIO) . These offices provide the "house view" as well as real-time thought leadership from TD Wealth Advice and enables a critical strategy to raise awareness, grow advisor engagement and expand client value. The portal publishes and manages hundreds of pieces of content each year - and acts as a critical source of subject matter intelligence for future applications.

Deeply interested in the evolution of thought leadership and financial content
An experienced writer, editor, producer and manager of high-stakes thought leadership projects
Job Responsibilities Editorial owner of public-facing WPO and WIO sites, overseeing the content pipeline and leading the integration of WPO/WIO editorial into SEC advice content
Build and sustain strong partnerships with Advice SMEs, thought leaders, and senior leadership across TD Wealth Deep partnership with SEC Advice Relationship Managers helping them leverage Advice thought leadership with their clients
Develop and refine content processes to power the WPO/WIO content engine with SME partners, including designing and evolving formats
Strong editorial judgment to advise on partnering with news and “currency” teams, with experience publishing high‑profile content under tight timelines
Accountable for the accurate and timely publication of public-facing thought leadership, SME columns, and insights developed with subject matter experts
Collaborate with editorial, production, creative, and digital SEC teams to launch, iterate, and govern content within defined editorial guardrails
Develop and manage integrated content calendars and schedules in partnership with WPO and WIO offices
Monitor Wealth Management industry news sources for important updates and policy changes that could impact published content
Work with content management tools (Word Press, Sprinklr, etc.) to support the publishing process and ensure content accuracy and appeal in public-facing and internal TD channels
Understand and manage control guardrails in a regulated environment (CIRO, legal, compliance, branding)
Job Requirements
15+ years of experience in financial media and content
Deep editorial expertise in wealth planning and investment topics, including registered accounts, retirement, portfolio management, tax planning, and how these support Canadians’ overall financial needs
