Position: Associate Producer for CBC Sports
Join CBC Sports as an Associate Producer in the Indigenous Pathway program, combining your passion for storytelling and sports. This hybrid role offers unique opportunities to craft engaging content while connecting with your community.

We’re looking for someone who identifies as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis with a strong community connection. As an Associate Producer, you’ll collaborate on building compelling written and video stories while enhancing your production skills through hands-on experience. Your enthusiasm for sports and storytelling will drive your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with producers to create engaging written and video content

• Generate ideas for articles and social media communications

• Assist with project editing and direction for public release

Requirements:

• Identity as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis

• Interest in storytelling and sports production

• Team-oriented and positive attitude

• Eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced setting

• Basic skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
