Join Citco as a Senior UX Writer, crafting language standards for our Design Systems. This role is based in Toronto and emphasizes user-focused content across our digital ecosystem.

You will enhance user experiences by defining content guidelines and creating microcopy to facilitate interaction. As a bridge between content and product design, your responsibility includes collaborating with stakeholders to establish consistency and usability. You will make complex ideas relatable and accessible while ensuring our brand's voice shines through.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define content standards and reusable copy patterns

• Write user-friendly copy for digital interfaces

• Collaborate with design teams for seamless integration

• Create a comprehensive product glossary for consistency

• Oversee documentation for design and engineering teams

Requirements:

• At least 5–7 years in UX writing or content design roles

• Portfolio showcasing impactful user interface copy

• Experience with tools such as Figma and project management software

• Strong understanding of usability and design principles

• Direct experience with Design Systems is critical
