Position: Disney Cruise Line Production Supervisor Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, your role will involve overseeing all aspects of rehearsals, from scheduling to technical cue management. You will collaborate closely with the Resident Director and Creative Team to foster a cohesive cast leadership. Additionally, maintaining rehearsal scripts and ensuring compliance with company policies will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day rehearsal and fitting schedules

• Host meetings with cast leadership on procedures

• Ensure rehearsal space is organized and well-equipped

• Oversee coordination of stunt rehearsals and logistics

• Update scripts and music changes as needed

Requirements:

• Education in stage management or relevant experience

• Minimum of 4 years in a production management role

• Strong skills in managing performance cues and logistics

• Proficient in communication and multitasking

• Willingness to travel on DCL ships for rehearsals
