JOIN OUR TEAM:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Photographer & Social Media Coordinator to join our Brand Creative team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our brand portfolio, owning all creative photography from product and packaging to lifestyle and cafe imagery. You will capture the essence of our brands and ensure a consistent visual narrative across all digital and retail channels.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will also play a key role in our social media strategy, coordinating content calendars, scheduling posts, and leading our brand ambassador program.

Position: Photographer & Social Media Coordinator

Department: Brand Creative

Location: 50 Wagstaff Dr.

Reports to: Head of Brand Creative

Salary Range: $50,140 - $60,000 per annum

Photography, Video & Editing
  • Lead monthly photoshoots for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cafe promotions.
  • Capture and retouch high-quality photography and short-form video content using professional gear and mobile formats.
  • Maintain a consistent visual tone and brand identity across all deliverables.
  • Organize and manage the brand’s asset library for marketing, wholesale, and digital use.
Social Media Coordination (Organic & Paid)
  • Coordinate the social media calendar, ensuring content is planned against key dates and brand stories.
  • Draft engaging captions and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
  • Develop high-performing creative assets specifically for paid social campaigns.
  • Lead the brand ambassador program and curate user-generated content to amplify our reach.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of photography experience, preferably within food & beverage or CPG.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing product, lifestyle, and on-location expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere).
  • Familiarity with AI platforms for creative or productivity workflows.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and an understanding of paid social ad formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
