At The Heist, we're seeking an Art Director with a passion for motion design. In this role, you'll spearhead creative direction, guide teams, and manage all aspects of motion graphics production. Collaborate closely with other creatives and cross-functional teams to set visual narratives and support junior talent development while maintaining clarity and efficiency in production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead concept development and execution for motion design

• Create impactful style frames and storyboards

• Oversee 3D/2D motion graphics production quality

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in motion design
