Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and wire framing to prototyping and final design, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Maintain design systems and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Collaborate with product, development, and business teams.
• Facilitate design workshops and mentor junior designers.

• 8+ years of UX/UI, product, or digital design experience.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Financial Experience
• Strong understanding of UX research, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience leading Design Thinking workshops and working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
