- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
- Create engaging layouts for brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Produce high-quality illustrations and infographics that effectively communicate complex information.
- Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and collaborate on design revisions to meet project objectives.
- Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring all files are correctly formatted and ready for print or digital distribution.
- Assist in maintaining an organized digital asset library for easy access to design files and resources.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their design needs and incorporate their feedback into your work.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Previous experience in the tech or software industry is advantageous.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Sketch or Figma for UI/UX design
- Microsoft Office Suite for presentations and documentation
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana
- This is a contract position lasting for two months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
