• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
• Create engaging layouts for brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for web applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Produce high-quality illustrations and infographics that effectively communicate complex information.
• Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and collaborate on design revisions to meet project objectives.
• Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring all files are correctly formatted and ready for print or digital distribution.
• Assist in maintaining an organized digital asset library for easy access to design files and resources.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their design needs and incorporate their feedback into your work.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Previous experience in the tech or software industry is advantageous.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
