• Lead the production of original digital content from concept through to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the process.
• Collaborate closely with writers, directors, and other creative team members to develop engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Oversee the hiring and management of production crews, including cinematographers, editors, and other technical staff, to ensure a cohesive and efficient production process.
• Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams to strategize the launch and promotion of digital content across various platforms.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Analyze audience engagement metrics and feedback to refine content strategies and enhance future productions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Cineflix remains at the forefront of digital content creation.
• Cultivate relationships with external partners, including talent agencies and production companies, to explore collaboration opportunities.
• Represent Cineflix at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's digital initiatives.
• Develop and implement best practices for digital production processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor junior producers and production staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content production, with a proven track record of producing successful projects.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including platforms, audience behavior, and content trends.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications.
• A deep passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content produced is of the highest quality.

• Experience in a leadership role within a digital media company or production house.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess audience engagement and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as virtual reality or interactive media, and their application in digital storytelling.

• Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) to track project progress and team collaboration.

• This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and may require occasional travel for on-location shoots or industry events.
