Overview

Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to support a large-scale FX Modernization initiative within Capital Markets. Working alongside product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, you will design intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex trading applications while contributing throughout the full product design lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive product experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards
• Prepare design specifications and support implementation through development handoff
• Present design concepts and communicate solutions to cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience
• Strong proficiency with Figma
• Experience designing transactional or enterprise applications
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Mobile native design experience (iOS and/or Android)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Capital markets, trading platform, or financial services experience
• Experience working with AI-assisted design tools
• Degree in HCI, UX, Graphic Design, or a related discipline

Ideal Candidate

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and shipped digital products
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile environment
• Able to balance user needs with complex business requirements
