This hands-on position requires a passionate designer with 5+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation. You will work closely with fellow designers, Art Directors, and Creative Directors to bring ideas to life through compelling graphics.

Your role also involves taking ownership of complex projects while mentoring junior team members for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative 2D and 3D motion graphics across various platforms

• Develop storyboards and motion explorations to support creativity

• Collaborate extensively with the team during all project phases

• Tackle creative and technical problems with confidence

• Mentor junior designers, enhancing their skills and quality of work

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in motion design

• Portfolio reflecting versatility and strong design taste

• Advanced skills in After Effects and Cinema 4D

• Strong knowledge of typography and visual storytelling

• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration
