2D Production Coordinator in Ontario

As a mid-level Production Coordinator reporting to the Producer, you'll collaborate closely with departments to track production schedules and workflows. Your organization and proactive problem-solving abilities will assist in troubleshooting issues and motivating the crew. Your contributions will support some of the most beloved kids’ animation content globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production processes and meet department deadlines

• Track and update production progress regularly

• Communicate effectively with crew and resolve issues

• Liaise with departments for smooth operations

• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with IT

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with Flow (formerly Shotgun/Shot Grid)

• Previous experience in production/animation preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications
