Become a You Tube Production Specialist at Pok Pok, where creativity meets intention in content creation for children. Bring your production expertise to our passionate team dedicated to enriching children's learning experiences.
This role involves hands-on production management, collaborating closely with various team members to ensure that our videos are engaging and informative. You will work around 20 hours per week under a contract with a strong possibility for full-time advancement. Your capability to turn creative concepts into efficient production plans is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communication among production teams including strategists and editors
• Oversee the production pipeline and ensure timely project delivery
• Plan video shoots, translating scripts into actionable plans
• Maintain an organized process for feedback and revisions
• Recruit freelance talent as needed for specific projects
Requirements:
• Significant experience in You Tube content production
• Strong organizational and proactive communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively and support a diverse team
• Local resident of the GTA, willing to travel to the studio as needed
• Passionate about fostering creativity in children's content
