You will work closely with experienced professionals and exercise your editorial skills to make real-time decisions during live programming, reflecting the pulse of the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate innovative story ideas and develop segments

• Craft programming that is informative and relevant

• Interview guests and vet materials for accuracy

• Produce audio content for multiple digital platforms

• Support and mentor the production team

Requirements:

• Graduation from a university or equivalent

• At least five years of applicable experience

• Deep understanding of community and editorial standards

• Strong communication skills and effective feedback techniques

• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings
