Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $60, annually, depending on experience. This is for an existing vacancy.

As an Integrated Producer, you will report to the Director of Studio Production and work closely with our creative and business departments across the network, acting as an expert in the room on all things production. what you will do.
  • Lead productions across multiple integrated platforms (primary focus on photography, digital, OLV, social, OOH and print), bringing expertise, experience and innovative thinking to some of the world's leading brands.
  • Advise on production approaches, including outlining budget parameters, unseen opportunities, potential efficiencies, and production partners to execute on the creative.
  • Be client facing and confidently work closely with creative and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Entrepreneurial minded, continually looking for opportunities for process optimization, working closely with the Director of Studio Production to find efficiencies across productions.
  • Be detail-oriented and meticulous with all logistical and financial aspects of production including project management, scoping, timelines, contract negotiations, cost tracking and reconciliations on budgets ranging from $20k-500k+ confidently.
  • Manage external vendors, crews, and non-union / union talent. Have a developed black book of contacts, ideally both locally and globally
  • Passionate about production, innovative creative opportunities, new technologies & AI, and best-in-class work.
what you’ll bring to the table.
  • A background in a creative agency role, with non-traditional agency experience (experiential, production company, social) advantageous.
  • 4+ years experience leading in photography and studio production, specifically across digital, social, OLV, print and radio
  • In-depth understanding of production design, file prep, retouching, and production specifications for print and digital.
  • Experience with direct mail, outdoor, point of sale and packaging is an asset. Understanding of various print processes ia also advantageous.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects on large scale integrated productions.
  • Deep understanding of the local production industry, as well as experience and existing relationships in other markets.
  • Experience in negotiating vendor contracts including production agreements, music licensing and talent contracts.
  • Superb organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of Click Up or other project management tools, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Maconomy and Proof HQ is an asset.
  • Understanding of local union mandates like ACTRA / UDA - SAG experience beneficial.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate and be a valued and respected member of the team.
  • Toronto-based with flexibility to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines (when absolutely necessary).
