As a Video Producer with 4-5 years of experience, you will take charge of video concept development and oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. Your insights will drive the You Tube strategy, making sure content performs well and serves our audience's needs. Work alongside creative and marketing teams to craft stories that embody Relay’s mission and connect meaningfully with small business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate video ideas that reflect brand and audience needs

• Direct You Tube channel strategy including content optimization

• Oversee all aspects of video production, including editing

• Collaborate with production teams and manage logistics

• Review performance data to improve content effectiveness

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of comprehensive video production experience

• Portfolio demonstrating a variety of projects and formats

• Strong knowledge of You Tube content strategies

• Proficient in Premiere Pro or similar editing tools

• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
