As the Director, you will take the lead in creating content that connects emotionally with audiences. Collaborate with diverse teams, guiding the production of unscripted content that captures real human experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the creative vision across productions

• Lead and direct on-location shoots with production teams

• Ensure high-quality storytelling that resonates with audiences

• Actively participate as a camera operator during shoots

• Collaborate thoroughly with agency and client leads

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience

• 6+ years of hands-on production experience

• Proven track record in unscripted narrative development

• Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills

• Proficient in managing multiple creative tasks
