Crowd Strike is seeking a Technical Writer III to craft customer-focused product documentation for features, release notes, and API docs. You will collaborate with writers, SMEs, product managers, engineers, and designers to understand complex products and set writing standards.
This hybrid role requires 2–3 days per week on-site at our Toronto, Canada office once the development center is established, with a strong emphasis on user-centric communication and AI-driven workflow improvements.
