As a Lead Video Editor with 4–6 years of experience, you will transform unscripted footage into heartwarming short-form videos. Collaborating closely with Directors and Producers, you’ll maintain brand alignment while delivering impactful content aimed at celebrating community engagement. This position thrives on emotional intelligence and a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit narratives that highlight genuine human emotion

• Adapt content to align with client brand identity

• Collaborate with Directors and present edits for review

• Organize and manage digital tools and assets

• Deliver assets for broadcast and digital channels

Requirements:

• 4-6 years editing experience in documentary content

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere

• Strong narrative understanding and editing workflow expertise

• Experience in sound design and color correction

• Must include a portfolio for consideration
