Position: Lead Worship Arts at The Peoples Church
Join The Peoples Church as the Worship Arts Pastor and be part of a vibrant mission to foster global Christian worship. Drive creative worship strategies while nurturing diverse artistic expressions.

In this full-time position, you will work on Sundays through Thursdays, collaborating with the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor. Your focus will be on creating a cohesive worship experience, leading teams, and encouraging volunteers to grow in their spiritual gifts. Partner with leaders in a dynamic setting to enhance the worship ministry and reach the church’s diverse congregants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement worship services in collaboration with church leadership

• Mentor and equip worship team volunteers

• Manage the Worship Arts department's budget effectively

• Set standards for worship across various ministries

• Lead special worship events and Sunday services
