Position: Voice Actor for AI Speech Models
Join Mercor's innovative project collaborating with an AI research lab as a voice actor. We’re looking for Canada-based talent with native Canadian French fluency to craft expressive, human-like voice recordings.

This role, open to newcomers and experienced voice professionals, focuses on delivering high-quality voice samples for internal CX AI Agent training. Successful candidates will need to provide clear speech and follow recording guidelines. Prior experience in voice acting is appreciated but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record diverse scripts including conversational and instructional content

• Deliver natural and expressive speech with strong pronunciation

• Maintain voice consistency across sessions and recordings

• Follow detailed audio recording guidelines closely

• Provide variations in emotion and style as needed

Requirements:

• Native Canadian French speaker residing in Canada

• Clear, natural voice with expressive range

• Professional or near-professional recording setup

• Strong diction and intonation skills

• Reliable availability for 5-10 hours weekly
