Position: Creative Intermediate Digital Designer Role
Be part of Harbinger’s creative team as an Intermediate Digital Designer. In this role, you will design engaging digital assets that enhance client branding and marketing efforts in a collaborative, hybrid workplace.

At Harbinger, a Canadian indie agency, we’re searching for a designer with 3-5 years of experience ready to make their mark in PR, social media, and experiential design. You’ll be involved in every step, from ideation to final execution, collaborating closely with seasoned teams to foster innovative campaigns. This position is perfect for someone keen on staying ahead of trends while gaining invaluable insights into brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce digital assets for various channels

• Develop layouts in line with brand guidelines

• Collaborate on UX for engaging digital experiences

• Contribute to light video editing and motion graphics

• Support print design when necessary

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant digital design experience

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Basic skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro are a plus

• Experience with social media and marketing design

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
