Art Director (Treasury & Payment Solutions)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Location & Salary: Toronto, Ontario, Canada $90,000.00-$

• Produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for internal product launches, process updates, and campaigns.
• Design short videos, motion graphics, and light animations.
• Transform complex concepts into clear, visually appealing outputs (slides, one-pagers, infographics, thumbnails).
• Refresh and enhance existing creative while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Communications to deliver visuals that improve message clarity and audience engagement.
• Provide quick‑turn, ad‑hoc creative support for leadership and enterprise‑wide channels.

• Hands‑on creative producer—not a strategy‑focused role.
• Senior‑level craftsmanship with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver fast, polished work with minimal direction or iterations.

• 5–7 years of experience on agency or in‑house creative teams (financial services experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and motion work (link or attached portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and Figma.
• Expertise in layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality work quickly and independently.

• Experience in financial services.
• Ability to translate complex financial or payments concepts into engaging visual assets.

• Round 1: 30‑minute MS Teams interview with the Hiring Manager.
• Round 2: 30‑minute MS Teams interview with a senior team member.
