This role is dedicated to writing scripts for short-form social media content, transforming complex ideas into approachable narratives. You will work directly with executive leadership to convey their voice while aiming for maximum audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scripts for social media platforms, including Tik Tok and Reels

• Convert complex business ideas into audience-friendly content

• Reflect the executive’s authentic tone and viewpoint

• Maintain a production pace of 3–5 scripts weekly

• Adapt scripts for various professional audiences in B2B and B2G
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing or video scripting

• Proven track record in short-form video writing

• Strong capability to simplify complex topics

• Adaptability to fast-paced delivery timelines

• Ability to work onsite in downtown Toronto
