We are seeking a senior  UX/UI Designer  to join a fast-paced mobile application development team supporting our client within the travel industry

The ideal candidate is an  AI-forward designer  who is comfortable working within rapid application development teams operating in a  start-up-style pod environment . This individual will collaborate closely with product, development, and business teams to rapidly design, test, iterate, and deliver intuitive mobile experiences while maintaining strong design consistency and brand alignment.

The successful candidate will have strong mobile UX/UI expertise, particularly within  iOS environments , and experience working with established design systems.

Duration - 12 months

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences for mobile applications, with a strong focus on  iOS .

Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders within agile, rapid-development product pods.

Leverage  AI-enabled tools and workflows  to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, research, iteration, and delivery.

Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.

Ensure consistency across mobile experiences while maintaining established  brand standards and design guidelines .

Apply  Apple iOS Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)  and mobile UX best practices.

Create responsive and adaptive designs that provide a consistent experience across devices and screen sizes.

Incorporate  accessibility principles and standards  throughout the design process.

Conduct and/or support  user research and usability testing  to validate design decisions.

Create and maintain designs, components, prototypes, and documentation using  Figma .

Work effectively within  pre-existing design systems , leveraging established components and patterns while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate directly with development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.

Create clear design documentation, specifications, and implementation guidance for developers.

Publish and maintain relevant  design documentation and guidance directly within Git Hub repositories .

Required Qualifications

Strong professional experience as a  UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or Mobile Product Designer .

Demonstrated experience designing  consumer-facing mobile applications .

Strong understanding of  iOS Human Interface Guidelines  and mobile interaction patterns.

Advanced proficiency with  Figma , including components, libraries, prototypes, and design systems.

Experience working within and maintaining  established enterprise design systems .

Strong understanding of  responsive and adaptive design  principles.

Demonstrated knowledge of  accessible and inclusive design practices .

Experience conducting or supporting  user research, usability testing, and design validation .

Strong understanding of  brand consistency and visual design standards .

Experience working in  Agile, rapid application development, or start-up-style product teams .

Comfortable working closely with developers throughout the application development lifecycle.

Basic understanding of  Git/Git Hub , including the ability to publish and maintain design documentation or implementation guidance within a repository.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience incorporating  AI tools into UX/UI or product design workflows .

Experience designing AI-enabled or AI-assisted user experiences.

Previous experience working in highly iterative  product pods, innovation teams, or start-up environments .

Experience with in the  airline, travel, transportation, or other large-scale consumer digital environments .
