Embark on a design adventure with Wealthsimple as a Winter Design Intern in Toronto, ON. This 8-month hybrid internship role focuses on real product experiences.
Wealthsimple is seeking an innovative Design Intern who wants to grow within the financial technology space. Work closely with skilled designers and deliver impactful design solutions for a variety of financial products. This role emphasizes collaboration and proactive learning in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside experienced designers on product designs
• Take projects from ideation to finished product
• Craft engaging UI and intuitive user experiences
• Participate in user research for design insights
• Observe and contribute to post-launch improvements
Requirements:
• Proficient in Figma for design tasks
• Strong interest in product design methodologies
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for a full-time internship
• Eligible candidates include current students or new grads in relevant fields
