In this role at Youtooz, the ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of concept art experience and a strong portfolio showcasing their skills in Photoshop and Illustrator. You'll convert the essence of creators into collectible art, interpreting their style and community features. Multitasking and effective communication are critical as you balance various projects while adhering to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and encapsulate creator personalities in 2D art

• Create and refine initial concepts based on feedback

• Translate 2D designs into turnarounds for 3D modeling

• Support 3D artists with necessary 2D assets

• Ensure all design deadlines are met without exception

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' background in concept art or sketching
