Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility to cover team responsibilities during absences, including vacation, sick days, and breaks.
- Capacity to manage tight deadlines and high-volume periods efficiently.
- Willingness to take on special projects and additional assignments as needed.
- Proactive approach to identifying, escalating, and resolving potential risks or issues.
- Commitment to completing required training and staying current with policy updates.
