What will you do?- Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients; manage timelines and key dates to ensure client support.
- Respond to client inquiries in an understanding, time‑efficient manner (account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting).
- Provide proactive client service and liaise with various departments for smooth, timely solutions.
- Effectively manage incoming communications from clients, advisors and partners.
- Assist the advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for advisors with clients and prospects.
- Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Update the team’s communication channels (websites, Linked In, Facebook, brochures, newsletters).
- Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
- Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite
- High quality time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing world‑class client service that appears professional, warm, and friendly
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
- Experience in the securities industry is an asset
