  • Lead end‑to‑end transaction management, including deal sourcing, underwriting, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop, enhance and implement investment strategies, policies, processes, and models to strengthen our ABF analytical and underwriting frameworks.
  • Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with internal risk management and return expectations.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with external partners such as originators, co‑investors, and financing providers.
  • Enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation as a partner of choice within the structured credit market.
  • Mentor junior investment staff, providing guidance, knowledge transfer, and professional development support.
  • Provide support and cross‑coverage to other structured credit business lines such as SRT & CLO as required.
  • Support the Head of Structured Credit on special situation projects or strategic transactions that are multidisciplinary in nature.
  • Promote a high‑performing, inclusive, and collaborative team culture aligned with corporate values and strategic priorities.
Required Skills
